 Where do the proceeds go from my purchase?

The proceeds from every purchase go to Mount Sinai Hospital and Sinai Health to support patient care, research, equipment and other areas of need. 

How do you choose your clinical products?

All clinical products are carefully chosen by an advisory committee made up of Mount Sinai Hospital nurses, lactation consultants, doctors and therapists. These are the products we recommend to our patients, friends and family members.

I am a patient at Mount Sinai Hospital. Can someone deliver my order to my hospital room?

Yes and it's free. Your order can be delivered to your hospital room at Mount Sinai Hospital 600 University Avenue, Toronto, Ontario.  Please email us at info@sinaishop.ca with your order number and you can expect to receive your order same day if ordered before 3pm or the next business day if ordered after 3pm.

I am a patient at another hospital.  Can you deliver to any hospital?

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to any other hospital at this time, however we can offer Curbside Pick up or ship to your home address. Please see our Shipping Information page for details.

I am a staff member at Sinai Health, do you have a staff discount?

Yes, we do offer a staff discount with proper I.D. Please email us at store.manager@sinaihealth.ca and we will send you the discount code.

Who can I contact about my online order?

Please contact our customer service representative at info@sinaishop.ca for all questions and please provide your order number. You will be contacted before the end of next business day. 

 When will I receive my order?

Please read our Shipping Information page for more information about your order.

How will I know my order has shipped?

Once your order is processed you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.  You will be able to track your delivery using this number.

Can I return my online order?

Please see our Returns Policy page for information about returns and exchanges.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of receiving the product and include a photo of the damage at info@sinaishop.ca. Please note, in order to receive an exchange we will require images to send to the manufacturer.  

Can I pick up my online order at Mount Sinai Hospital, 600 University Avenue, Toronto, Ontario?

Yes.  Please select the FREE PICK-UP AT THE SINAI SHOP or CURBSIDE PICK-UP option when you are selecting your shipping option and your items will be packed and waiting for you on the 17th floor (University elevators) at Mount Sinai Hospital. 600 University Avenue. Pick up hours are Monday to Friday 10am-3pm.
