Refund policy

The Sinai Shop hopes that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly exchange or return your purchase with the original receipt within 14 days of purchase, to the original form of payment. Products will only be accepted if returned in brand new condition, unused and unworn. Packaging must be unopened and without any damage.

Please note for online purchases the 14 days starts from the date on the receipt.

Upon receiving your return we will inspect the items to make sure they are in re-sellable condition before issuing a refund. Please allow time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Products which have been opened or if the seal is broken will not be eligible for return.

Exchanges are processed as a new order. We will credit the value of the returned merchandise and charge you for the new order.

After 14 days, items cannot be returned.

Sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE.

All shipping fees incurred for home delivery are non-refundable and any return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Refused shipments and shipments not picked up at shipping depots are considered returns.

Due to hospital infection control guidelines and for health and hygienic reasons, some products are not eligible for return and are considered final sale.
