*All Purolator Paks will be delivered without signature required. Any items larger than a Purolator Envelope will require signature before being released. The Sinai Shop is not responsible for any shipments which are lost or stolen. Please be specific if you have details for drop off.


Free In Store/Curbside Pick Up:  

The Sinai Shop is pleased to offer free pick up. Order online and save time and shipping charges.  We encourage you to place your order online and we will have your order waiting for you when you arrive.

Online orders may be picked up in-store from Monday-Friday between 11am-3pm or Curbside Pick up (Murray Entrance). You will be contacted after your order as been placed.

*As of April 1st/2020, patients who have been admitted, care partners and patients with appointments can pick up their orders in the hospital. All other customers can select the Curbside Pick Up option upon checkout.

Please select Pick Up at The Sinai Shop option at checkout and you will be able to pick up your item(s) on the same day of placing your order. Once your order is processed, all online orders receive an automatic email as receipt of the confirmation of the other.  Please wait for the second email confirming your order is ready for pick up.  If your order is placed after business hours the order will be available for pick up the next business day. 

FREE IN ROOM DELIVERY

We are happy to deliver any orders to your hospital room. Please indicate hospital room number upon checkout and we will aim to deliver within one hour of the order being placed, during store hours.


Standard Shipping in Ontario and Quebec, Canada

We offer free shipping and your order will be processed within 1 business day after the order is placed, Standard shipping takes 2-5 business days depending on the location.

Some areas outside of the main urban centers and remote locations will be assessed on a case by case basis.  Please note that shipping rates can change depending on your location.


Express Shipping in Ontario and Quebec, Canada:

Express Shipping is a premium service available to orders shipping in Ontario and Quebec.  We will work to deliver your package as quickly as possible. Your order will be processed in 1 business day after the order is placed and shipping takes 2-3 business days depending on your location.

As stated above, some areas outside of the main urban centers and remote locations will be assessed on a case by case basis. Please note that shipping rates can change depending on your location.


Shipping to all provinces in Canada:

We offer flat standard shipping rates to all provinces across Canada. Please review the chart above for rates which apply to your province. Some remote areas may require additional shipping fees and you will be contacted by a member of our store if this is the case.  


USA and International Shipping

We are happy to offer worldwide shipping.  Please email us at info@sinaishop.ca with your address details and the products you would like to purchase and we can provide you with a shipping cost.  Duties and additional taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.


Processing and Shipping Time:

Orders placed online take one additional business day to process.  For example if you order before 4pm Monday, your order will be packed on Tuesday and be out for delivery by Wednesday.  It will be shipped to you within 2-3 business days in Ontario.  Across Canada it will take between 2-7 business days depending on your location.

All customers in Canada will receive a tracking number for their shipment once the order is processed and shipped.

Our shipping partners will attempt to deliver orders twice. A delivery notification will be left at your door if our shipping partners are unsuccessful in their attempt, packages are held at their depots and then shipped back to our store.  In order to arrange another delivery, delivery charges will need to be paid again by the purchaser. 

We cannot be held responsible for any theft or damage that occurs if your package is delivered when you are not home. 

Please note that all deliveries over $250 are shipped with “signature required”.


Out-of-Stock Items:

Sometimes a product is available at the time you place the order, but then becomes out-of-stock by the time your order is received.  We will notify you in this rare case.


Additional Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for any shipping or handling charges that are incurred if a package is refused or returned because no one was able to accept it.  Customers are also responsible for paying a reshipping fee if a shipping address is entered incorrectly.
